Founder

I’m Preeti, the founder of Archer Consulting Group. My career began in the financial services sector within the secondary mortgage market, where I supported complex digital modernization efforts that required tight collaboration across business, data, and engineering teams. In recent years, I’ve partnered with senior leadership in the media industry, helping engineering and program management organizations strengthen their operations, improve cross-team alignment, and navigate challenges both big and small.

Alongside my client work, I’m pursuing my Executive MBA at Georgia Tech. The experience has been energizing, deepening my understanding of leadership, organizational behavior, sustainability strategy, and the management of technology. Blending real world experience with academic insight allows me to bring balanced, practical, and thoughtful guidance to the teams I support.

Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and painting, aviation (ask me about my pilot’s license!), spending time with my family, and hanging out with friends around Atlanta.

At the core of my work are values rooted in mutual respect, genuine partnership, and the energy that comes from collaborating with good people. I find real joy in seeing initiatives through to completion and helping teams feel supported, confident, and proud.
