Challenge: A streaming service company’s engineering org needed clearer visibility into issues in production and a more coordinated response during outages.

Solution: We partnered with the site reliability, engineering, video ops, and QA teams to establish a disciplined, end-to-end incident management practice. We unified detection and alerting across the tech stack and customer reported channels; introduced PagerDuty driven on-call rotations; compiled standardized runbooks; and established clear roles, metrics, and and post-incident reviews.

Challenge: A new and quickly evolving engineering team lacked a clear system to organize their work, it became difficult for them to communicate progress, surface risks, or show the full extent of their impact.

Solution: We partnered with the team and their leadership to introduce the structure they needed to address these challenges. We established a framework to manage and prioritize ongoing work, implemented program and project management practices to keep initiatives moving, and redesigned workflows to support smooth coordination with product, design, technology partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Outcome: Each enhancement added clarity and visibility, allowing the team to highlight accomplishments and spot issues earlier. In the end, the company gained a cohesive, transparent view of the team’s operations, strengthening their capabilities and their confidence in delivering revenue-critical outcomes.

Challenge: A media company was expanding its digital offerings and activities were generating more data than ever. But each group used different definitions, dashboards, and metrics. This made it hard to compare results, understand what was driving performance, or confidently guide priorities.

Solution: To support faster, more coordinated decision-making, we partnered with the organization to lay the foundation for true data enablement across product, marketing, design, and content strategy, and customer service teams. We developed a cohesive data enablement strategy to drive exploration of high-impact use cases, support consistent event and metric definitions, and promote data exploration. Within this framework we included coaching teams on how to interpret and apply data in their day-to-day work.

Outcome: As a result of these efforts, at the end of the first year, the company saw 3x increase in data engagement and usage by the teams, compared to the start of the initiative.
